tintyn is a new web platform designed to host large single cell datasets, such as scRNA-seq, so that researchers can easily share and search their own data. The user interface for tintyn was inspired by skinregeneration.org, if you like how it looks tintyn will allow you to host your data in a similar manner (click here for an example). We have space to hosts the first few users free of charge.

If you would like to host your scRNA-seq data on tintyn please contact Jared Brannan – jbrannan565@gmail.com or Ryan Driskell – ryandriskell@gmail.com.
